TLC Foundation Office Grand Opening

The TLC Foundation Headquarters of H.A.L.O.  has made it's home here in Louisiana our new office is opened.  All  were welcomed and help was given to celebrate this great occassion. We had our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony along with getting to know everyone.
